Toddler Sleep Workshop
Service Description
Join a toddler sleep workshop from the comfort of your own home. Meet other parents with children age 2-5 years and learn how to improve sleep while supporting your child's need for independence and control. Parenting a toddler is a very specific challenge. Parenting a toddler who definitely doesn't want to go to bed and has learnt 20 different strategies to delay the inevitable... well that would keep anyone on their toes! I’m here to help you to reduce bedtime battles and help your toddler to get more sleep at night. In this workshop we’ll cover: - The science of sleep and how this applies to toddlers - How brain development in our toddlers impacts their bedtime antics - Building collaboration and preparing your toddler for change - Sleep tools and 'crutches' - are they a help or a hinderance? - Keeping your toddler safe at night - Toddler settling strategies - Managing nightmares and night terrors - Q&A You'll receive lots of tips and information to confidently understand your toddler’s sleep and put in place some new strategies at home. There will be plenty of time during the workshop for questions and to chat to fellow parents. And as you're joining from your own home, you're free to grab a cup of coffee (or return your toddler to bed!) whenever you need.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for the workshop must be made within 48 hours of booking in order to secure your place. Places that are booked but not paid for will be released for others to book. To cancel or reschedule your place, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop or you may still be charged for the course if your place cannot be filled.
